We aim to provide easy access to nutritious smoothies and meals in our Cafes and on the go, as well as advice on a healthy balanced diet.
We also run Cook & Eat sessions using donated produce, where you’ll be taught how to cook a nutritious meal which you can enjoy at the centre or take home.
